Description As a representative of the Angels and their kind here in the Brane, Dmitri will attempt a meeting with a representative of IBIS.  We, the angels, see no reason why we should be at odds with each other when we are willing to personally aid in a number of IBIS’s battles.  To that end Dmitri/Raphael will look to barter with IBIS, giving his word and any assurances possible that so long as agents of IBIS do not seek to supplant the free will of the humans, we will grant them access to an Angel held gate in the City of Glass.  In exchange we ask that IBIS removes their petitions for the gate to be retuned to themselves and that they allow us to remain the custodians of the City.

3. Description Following a battle in the Pacific Ocean with demonic forces, the Angels were told it was important that we discover the Prodigal.  To that end Dmitri will begin searching for any references to the Prodigal and see if there are any logical leads to follow up on.

3. Description With logistical support from others, Dmitri and Victor will be arranging an ‘accident’ for Bishop Finn.  Nico is heading up the operation and we will be following his lead however we may best assist.

Description Dmitri will be heading into Manhattan to track what information he can about the distribution of V in the thread (both simulated and real).  If an opportunity arises to put down any of its distribution or production, he will gather forces and take such an opportunity however it will be with a focus on neutralizing targets that information can be obtained on other operations.

I expect that I will be along mostly for tactical analysis, however I will also be there as a healer and to counter any disease the party may encounter (infection by werewolfs and the like). This second duty will only be done if necessary and will not be performed for Victor…he’s a vampire that just doesn’t work well for the source of my magic.

Long description (if necessary): Having received the ‘witch list’ after his involvement in Elizabeth’s trial, Dmitri is switching tactics for the recruitment of esoteric from Boston and other places. Step One: Informing the Witch-finders of his intent to remove untrained esoterics from the thread to prevent accidents and empowerment of whatever forces are there that would draw off of use of power. Step Two: Contact persons on the watch list regarding the opportunity to train and use their abilities free of interference and threat of legal action by persons such as the witch finders. It will be made clear that they would be enlisted into the ENY Army, but for the most part as support staff, not combat troops. Step Three: Relocate those who accept the offer of training/employment to the building site of the City of Glass where Dmitri and a small cadre of training officers and esoterics from allied treads will await to begin their training. This BGA period will be used to recruit, not train. Training will start with the next cycle, assuming the recruitment is moderately successful. (Current goal for recruitment is around 100 persons…we’ll see how well we do)
